Data processing regulations of Nouba

5. Description of data processing
Data processing means the handling of the data of users who fill in the ‘Application’ on the website of Nouba, based on users’ voluntary approval.
6. Legal grounds of data processing
Voluntary approval of the person affected in accordance with subsection (3) of Article 3 of Act LXIII of 1992 on the Protection of Personal Data and Public Access to Data of Public Interest (Avtv).
7. Scope of data handled
7.1. Compulsory data given by users: name (surname, first name), e-mail address.
7.2. Voluntary data given based on the decision of users: telephone number, language of communication, name of company, location of company (country, city).
8. Purpose of data processing
Users express their interest in the services provided by Nouba by filling in and submitting the data sheet, and they enable Nouba to contact them and answer their questions by giving their contact data.
The Data Controller may not use the given personal data for any purpose other than specified. Personal data shall not be disclosed to any third parties, which, however, does not concern data transferred based on compulsory laws.
9. Period of data processing
This period may not be specified in advance.
10. Deletion of personal data
Any request for deletion shall be sent to the address: firstname.lastname@example.org. Nouba shall delete the personal data within five workdays as of the receipt of such request.
11. Right to amend Data Processing Regulations
Nouba reserves the right to amend this Data Processing Regulations unilaterally subject to the prior notification of users. Users may accept the amended Data Processing Regulations by using the services after the amendments have taken effect.
12. Rights of users regarding the processing of their personal data
Users may request information about the processing of their personal data. Based on such request, the Data Controller shall inform the persons affected about the scope of data handled, the purpose, legal grounds, period of data processing, the name, address and data processing activity of the Data Controller, as well as the scope of persons or entities who receive or have received such information and the purpose of such data transfer. Any request for this information shall be sent to the address email@example.com; Nouba shall reply to such request within 5 workdays.
13. Rights enforcement
Users may enforce their rights in court pursuant to the provisions of the Act on Data Protection and the Hungarian Civil Code (Ptk), and they may request the assistance of the Hungarian Parliamentary Commissioner (Ombudsman) for Data Protection and may also send their requests or complaints directly to the e-mail address of Nouba (firstname.lastname@example.org).
